Lead end-to-end business and engineering projects involving integrated counter-drone systems. The role works with international customers, prime contractors, internal matrix teams, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage C-UAS integrated-systems projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead business projects for international customers and prime contractors.
- Coordinate internal matrix functions across the organization.
- Manage collaboration with subcontractors and external partners.
- Drive project execution in a high-technology, operationally focused environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSc).
- At least five years of experience as a business or engineering project manager.
- Strong service orientation and the ability to work with customers in Israel and abroad.
- Willingness to travel abroad approximately six to eight times per year.
- Very strong English communication skills, including writing, reading, and speaking.
Nice to have
- At least three years of managerial or engineering experience working with an organization’s internal matrix.
- Experience coordinating complex projects in defense or integrated systems environments.
