Lead large-scale defense-system projects from commercial and contractual management through procurement, testing, customer delivery, and operational deployment. The role is based in Israel and requires international travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial and contractual matters with customers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Lead the direct project team and coordinate matrixed interfaces across the plant and division.
- Manage and monitor work packages, procurement, and equipment-acquisition processes.
- Manage project risks.
- Conduct formal customer surveys and trials within tight schedules.
- Upgrade existing systems and support the operational deployment of radar systems in customer countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 2 years of business project management experience.
- Experience managing projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Professional spoken and written English, including technical English.
Nice to have
- Experience with radar systems.
- Experience managing formal customer trials and evaluations.
