Manage large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, engineering interfaces, contractors, suppliers, and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects end to end, from planning through handover.
- Lead project schedules, budget control, and risk management.
- Coordinate planning interfaces across communications, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and cybersecurity.
- Manage multiple projects at different stages in parallel.
- Lead project procurement processes and contractual engagements.
- Coordinate internal interfaces across business development, project development, engineering, procurement, and finance.
- Manage external relationships with contractors, global equipment suppliers, management and supervision firms, business partners, and lenders.
- Manage regulatory processes with planning bodies and public authorities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing civil or electrical engineering projects.
- Required experience managing projects valued above ILS 10 million.
- Academic degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
- Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces and projects under time and regulatory constraints.
- Strong technical orientation, decision-making, prioritization, organization, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
