Support multiple ASIC development programs by coordinating cross-functional execution, tracking milestones and risks, and improving project visibility with AI-powered automation.
Responsibilities
- Support Program Managers throughout ASIC program execution
- Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, deliverables, status reports, dashboards, and execution metrics
- Coordinate ASIC, software, and business operations teams across global stakeholders
- Follow up on project actions and drive timely completion
- Develop AI-powered tracking tools and automation solutions
- Improve project visibility, processes, and program management methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain alignment and support program delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or a similar role
- Experience with project management and reporting tools
- Experience developing or using AI agents, AI automation tools, or AI-powered productivity solutions
- Stakeholder management and communication experience across cross-functional teams
- Ability to organize complex work and drive execution with ownership and accountability
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor, ASIC, hardware, or software development programs
- Familiarity with ASIC development flows and product development lifecycles
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies
- Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
