Lead end-to-end, multi-million-dollar defense programs covering development, production, customer coordination, aircraft installation, and system qualification.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-million-dollar programs from contract signing through development, production, installation, and qualification on customer aircraft
- Build and control program work plans, resources, and budgets
- Serve as the primary customer contact through communications, meetings, updates, and joint activities
- Coordinate development, production, procurement, and other functions in a matrix environment
- Identify business opportunities and develop customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or exact sciences from a relevant field
- Experience managing and leading complex projects or processes
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Experience preparing presentations and technical or contractual documents
- High level of English
- Willingness to travel abroad
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-interface matrix management
- Ability to independently learn and think creatively
- Experience leading business development and marketing processes with overseas customers
