Manage large-scale defense programs from development through production and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, budget control, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage continuous customer relationships and act as primary point of contact
- Oversee program requirements, schedules, and cross-functional coordination
- Manage large budget and ensure financial targets
- Drive business development with international customers
- Coordinate development, production, and supply of systems with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Master's degree in business administration
- 5+ years of experience in project management and customer-facing roles
- Military command background in infantry
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Strong systemic vision and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in the field and beyond regular hours
- Willingness for frequent international travel
- Technical orientation and understanding of complex systems
