Lead operational and manufacturing projects at an advanced-systems production site in Karmiel, Israel, from order intake and cost proposals through customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing projects from order intake and cost proposals through customer delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external customer relationships.
- Drive projects against schedules, budgets, quality standards, and risk-management requirements.
- Lead cost proposals and customer responses based on business-unit and operational requirements.
- Synchronize all project stakeholders and lead problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering practical engineering diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- High-level English.
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to drive work in a matrix organization.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
