An entry-level construction execution professional is sought to coordinate building works at a new construction site in Giv'atayim, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction execution activities
- Manage work teams, allocate resources, and synchronize project participants
- Track schedules and report project progress
- Monitor project budgets and perform ongoing cost control
- Supervise work quality according to applicable standards and the company’s quality-control procedures
- Support quality inspections, sampling, and workmanship checks
- Obtain required approvals from relevant authorities
- Identify potential delays and provide timely solutions
- Implement site organization and safety plans and methods
- Prepare execution approvals and contractor accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or building engineering
- Knowledge of construction execution processes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to manage and coordinate project teams and stakeholders
- Strong organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in real time
Nice to have
- One to two years of experience in construction execution, planning, or supervision
