Lead technology projects and business-critical solution delivery for a large manufacturing organization. This hybrid role is based in Tel Aviv, with two to three on-site days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and closure
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics
- Translate business needs into technology solutions
- Drive system enhancements, solution adoption, and continuous improvement
- Analyze processes, data, and reporting to identify opportunities
- Coordinate vendors and stakeholders throughout delivery
- Resolve application, reporting, and business system issues
Requirements
- Experience managing technology, business application, or digital solution projects
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills
- Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Vendor and partner management experience
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, ETL, or middleware
- Understanding of business process improvement and solution delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, distribution, or retail operations
- Experience with business applications, reporting platforms, or field force solutions
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
