Manage residential construction projects from initial planning and on-site work through apartment handover, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own project delivery from planning and scheduling through construction and apartment handover.
- Manage construction activities, budgets, schedules, quality control, and site standards.
- Lead the site office, project team, consultants, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct construction meetings and manage negotiations and contractual engagements.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, oversee agreements, and supervise subcontractors.
Requirements
- Required B.Sc. in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering and certification as an engineer.
- Previous experience managing residential construction projects.
- Strong engineering and technical understanding.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Creativity, analytical and spatial-thinking abilities, and a practical approach to on-site problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate suppliers, contractors, authorities, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Results-oriented and assertive approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong professional ethics and personal integrity.
