Manage the execution of complex, large-scale subcontracted defense programs from a Netanya site. The role oversees supplier performance, delivery, quality, budgets, risks, contractual obligations, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor performance against scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Validate and track subcontractor plans and integration with internal teams and program milestones
- Coordinate communication across departments and subcontractors
- Enforce quality standards and review contractual and regulatory compliance
- Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and maintain financial adherence to contracts
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and track contractual obligations
- Act as the primary liaison for key subcontractors and maintain stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, logistics, economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects
- Proven experience in subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, spoken, and reading English

- Experience with domestic and international defense supplier markets
- Spoken Russian
- Experience working with AI tools
