Lead complex, business-critical R&D programs spanning engineering, product, platform, and customer requirements. Coordinate technical planning and execution, remove delivery obstacles, support decisions, and improve team processes.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key programs
- Coordinate large-scale, cross-functional projects across the organization
- Communicate program outcomes, blockers, metrics, and performance to technical and non-technical leaders
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
- Anticipate and remove obstacles affecting delivery
- Support decision-making and facilitate conflict resolution
- Identify and implement team process improvements
- Apply hands-on technical experience and design thinking to drive results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise commercial software, technical program management, or engineering management
- Experience working with complex algorithms, platform capabilities, and customer requirements
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Nice to have
- Experience with data collection or logging solutions
- Availability to travel internationally
