Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, and manage relevant R&D development programs
- Coordinate programs with business and engineering stakeholders across the organization
- Work with government defense authorities and relevant military branches
- Advance development programs with engineering campuses in northern Israel
- Engage startups and research institutes in Israel and abroad
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in physics, aeronautics, or electrical engineering
- More than 10 years of professional experience
- At least 10 years of systems engineering or significant R&D project management experience
- At least 10 years of proven experience engaging external organizations in development programs, including government defense bodies
- Very good English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience working with startups and research institutes in Israel and abroad
- Multidisciplinary technological background
