An aerospace and defense organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program execution for its Special Mission Aircraft business unit in Holon, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management and execution.
- Manage customer relationships and contractors.
- Control budgets and track project milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop work plans and Statements of Work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, aeronautical, mechanical, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Significant experience managing technology programs.
- Strong English communication skills, including professional documentation and email correspondence.
- Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work-plan development, and Statements of Work.
- Experience allocating and managing budgets.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
- Systems-of-systems thinking and understanding.
Nice to have
- Background in business administration.
- Experience with aerospace projects.
