Lead partnerships between government ministries and Haredi educational institutions to advance educational change across Israel. The role combines strategic stakeholder engagement, program execution, and field coordination.
Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration between government ministries and Haredi educational institutions to advance educational change
- Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders
- Create field connections and establish long-term trust-based relationships
- Execute the annual work plan and monitor planned versus actual delivery
- Coordinate ongoing collaboration with local authorities
- Lead complex initiatives from initial concept through implementation
Requirements
- Significant proven experience in the Haredi education sector across its communities and streams
- Proven experience in management, process leadership, and supporting managers
- Proven experience working with local authorities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive processes, work effectively in a team, and build strong relationships
- Ability to independently lead complex assignments from conception through field implementation
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Israel
