Lead hardware research and development programs for network products, coordinating stakeholders and driving execution from requirements definition through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders from initial requirements through product delivery.
- Drive hardware project execution and scheduling in line with corporate priorities and constraints.
- Align project managers and engineers with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Develop and implement hardware methodologies, project management processes, and supporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years of hardware program management experience.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organization, independence, accountability, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware development, design, and manufacturing.
- Proven technical leadership.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
