Lead business operations, profitability, growth strategy, and strategic initiatives across product lines for an insurance company. Partner with Product, Insurance, Finance, Actuarial, Revenue, and Customer Operations teams to turn complex challenges into actionable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop profitability and growth strategies as a strategic business partner.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Insurance, Finance, and Customer Operations.
- Take strategic projects from concept through execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Analyze complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
- Influence leadership decisions and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Guide teams through changing priorities and strategic pivots.
- Partner with Product, Actuarial, Finance, and Revenue teams to optimize business performance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in management consulting focused on strategy and operations, or in business operations with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive impact and influence decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into business strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and building consensus across diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining strategic focus.
- Availability to work in an office environment most days of the week.
