Lead large-scale, multidisciplinary high-power laser system programs in Rehovot, Israel, from contract signing through development, production, delivery, and customer-site installation.
Responsibilities
- Manage multimillion-dollar programs end to end, from contract signing through development, production, delivery, and installation at the customer site.
- Build and control program plans, resources, budgets, and risk management activities.
- Serve as the primary customer focal point through ongoing communications, meetings, updates, and joint work.
- Coordinate development, production, procurement, and other functions through matrix management.
- Lead development and operations teams working on complex, multidisciplinary systems.
- Identify business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or an exact science in a relevant field.
- Experience managing and leading complex projects or processes.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Experience writing technical or contractual documents and preparing and delivering presentations.
- Understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and budget management principles.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
