Manage and lead a major program involving the development, manufacture, and delivery of armored-vehicle turrets and combat systems for an Australian military customer. Coordinate international customers and suppliers together with internal engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and quality6.
Responsibilities
- Lead program activities for the development, manufacture, and delivery of armored-vehicle turrets and combat systems.
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers in Israel and overseas.
- Coordinate internal interfaces across engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and quality.
- Manage complex work plans and advance multiple processes in parallel.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree or engineering degree.
- Experience managing significant engineering, development, and manufacturing processes.
- Good English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn independently, and work under pressure.
- Strong organization, teamwork, and internal and external stakeholder-management skills.
- Initiative, creativity, motivation, and willingness to influence decision-making processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Australia and familiarity with Australian work processes.
- Experience with armored-vehicle systems.
- Experience working with military or defense customers on Australian programs.
