Lead integrated logistics support (ILS) activities for defense systems, from proposal preparation through program launch and execution. Work with customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage ILS programs from proposal preparation through program launch and execution.
- Manage customer requirements and monitor subcontractor work.
- Participate in design reviews and influence designs to improve maintainability.
- Define project maintenance concepts and recommend repair echelons based on customer requirements.
- Calculate, define, prepare, and deliver spare parts, test equipment, and support equipment.
- Manage infrastructure requirements for maintenance echelons, spare-parts lists, and auxiliary and test equipment.
- Prepare and lead customer documentation and training activities in Israel and abroad.
- Coordinate work across customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project leaders.
Requirements
- Practical engineer or engineer in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in ILS or systems planning and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix environment.
- Experience translating and editing technical and marketing materials, including statements of work, customer reviews, marketing content, and quotations.
- Very good technical English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

- Experience in a military systems maintenance role.
