Lead production for a major mobile casino game, partnering with studio leadership and Art, Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to deliver high-quality live services.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager and studio leadership to drive production initiatives across quality, technology, platform integration, roadmaps, marketing collaboration, and analytics.
- Own the master production plan, including feature scoping, schedules, cross-disciplinary coordination, and on-time delivery.
- Establish team goals, accountability, and predictable execution while measuring performance and quality.
- Analyze team effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Apply and coach the use of appropriate project and development methodologies.
- Support short- and long-term live operations plans, release cadences, resource allocation, and production processes.
- Monitor team morale and personnel issues while building a positive, inclusive culture.
- Improve production tooling and reporting to track team effectiveness.
- Manage resource and budget planning with studio leadership and Finance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading mobile game production pipelines with shipped titles.
- Experience managing production throughout the mobile game lifecycle, including live operations.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, legal, finance, creative, HR, and other service teams.
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the mobile game market and relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in people management, mentoring, and team development.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, create structure, and work effectively with ambiguity.
- Passion for playing and making games.
Nice to have
- Experience with international game or business operations.
- Experience working with overseas co-development partners.
- Knowledge of mobile, PC, and game platform development pipelines.
