A defense organization is seeking a senior leader to manage a national electronic warfare test center and advance operational capabilities across electronic warfare, aviation, and complex defense systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the national electronic warfare test center.
- Own the center’s testing, development, integration, and infrastructure activities.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and test professionals.
- Lead complex ground and airborne testing programs in Israel and abroad.
- Manage work plans, budgets, and performance controls to achieve organizational goals.
- Work with defense research authorities, air force organizations, security-system stakeholders, and customers in Israel and overseas.
- Lead testing reviews, organizational learning, and continuous improvement.
- Advance the center’s long-term professional and technological vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or a related engineering field.
- At least 10 years of significant technical and management experience.
- Proven experience leading complex testing programs and work in electronic warfare.
- Experience managing professional teams, budgets, and work programs.
- High level of English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

- Familiarity with defense research authorities, air force organizations, and national security stakeholders.
