Staff Growth Product Manager owning end-to-end growth for car insurance, responsible for strategy, roadmap, execution, and AI-native experiences. Leads cross-functional teams and uses data to drive hyper-growth.
Responsibilities
- Own a core growth domain end to end, from opportunity identification to solution shipping and live optimization.
- Solve the hardest problems in car insurance to ignite hyper-growth.
- Surface strategy to achieve targets and align leadership.
- Form vision and roadmap, and drive execution across teams until production.
- Connect growth areas including user experience, pricing, marketing, regulation, car data, data science models, segmentation, and market trends.
- Build AI-native customer experiences, including leading on autonomous-car insurance.
- Partner with data analytics, engineering, design, data science, actuarial, marketing, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, ideally at a startup or product-led company.
- Track record of owning strategy end to end and shipping to production.
- Deep growth experience across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to turn data into decisions.
- Communication and influence to align stakeholders across the organization.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Enthusiasm for building with AI.
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days.
