Lead the fintech product ecosystem for a scaling delivery and quick-commerce company, including payments, settlements, cash management, and financial operations tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve products covering payments, settlements, and cash operations.
- Define and execute a reliable, accurate, and scalable fintech product roadmap.
- Build financial products that expand digital access for cash-heavy users.
- Design secure and auditable payment and settlement flows.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and data teams on scalable systems and dashboards.
- Convert complex financial requirements into product specifications and technical flows.
- Lead rollout plans, documentation, and training to support adoption.
- Partner with fraud and security teams on integrity and compliance.
- Use KPIs, funnels, and financial metrics to guide product decisions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally at Senior or Principal level.
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial products.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling complex financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with KPIs, dashboards, and financial data.
- Ability to translate financial logic into product requirements, flows, and edge cases.
- Experience leading cross-functional work across engineering, finance, and operations.
- Strong prioritization, trade-off management, and execution skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.
