Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for an AI and GenAI-driven Engage domain in enterprise fintech SaaS. Requires 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably fintech.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Engage domain, driving AI and GenAI solutions.
- Lead initiatives from problem framing through delivery and rollout.
- Make trade-offs between customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, and capacity.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on scope, requirements, and delivery readiness.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, and risks clearly.
- Improve product processes, documentation standards, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, preferably fintech or banking technology.
- Proven ownership of a product domain or major product initiative end to end.
- Experience with AI/ML-based products and data-driven product capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, gathering feedback, and presenting roadmap.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization under ambiguity.
- Strong execution discipline, including risk management and follow-through.
- Experience improving product processes, documentation, or team operating rhythms.
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to have
- Fintech, banking, digital banking, customer engagement, or personalization experience.
- Experience with configurable, platform, or admin products.
- Experience in B2B2C environments.
