Responsibilities
- Drive automation initiatives across claims, customer support, and risk-review workflows.
- Use generative AI tools and large language models to develop scalable product solutions.
- Create product strategies aligned with company vision and customer needs.
- Translate strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize initiatives and develop ideas that expand product capabilities and improve scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, and customer operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in a successful startup or fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience building generative AI applications.
- Ability to understand complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Data-driven and analytical approach.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading small agile teams.
- Strong self-directed learning and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
