Own the specification, prioritization, and delivery of features for a scalable healthcare analytics platform. Partner with analysts, engineering, data science, QA, and operations teams to deliver reliable, privacy-compliant products.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from discovery through delivery, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, quality checks, and UAT
- Prioritize features and define release plans
- Write product and design specifications based on stakeholder and system requirements
- Collaborate with analysts, engineering, QA, data operations, and data science teams
- Apply Scrum practices to track progress and achieve product goals
- Oversee infrastructure changes and platform rollouts
- Support platform scalability, reliability, data quality, and privacy compliance
- Provide second-level support for production issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, systems analysis, or a related role
- Experience with data or analytics products, including defining success metrics and validating outcomes
- Understanding of data infrastructure and experience investigating data issues
- Understanding of cloud-based applications and architectures
- Proficiency in SQL and exploratory analysis of large datasets
- Hands-on Scrum experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and delivery
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English communication
