A technology company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, AI-driven products for its LegalTech business. The role covers product discovery, solution validation, prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery in close partnership with R&D and Data teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Understand customer and business needs, challenge assumptions, and identify underlying problems.
- Explore and validate solution approaches before deciding what to build.
- Define features, user flows, business logic, requirements, and development-ready specifications.
- Assess feasibility and effort with R&D and Data teams.
- Make product and technical trade-offs and prioritize initiatives.
- Drive planning, development, and successful product delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Product Management experience with complex technology products.
- Experience working as a Product Manager for an AI-first or AI-native product company.
- Ability to structure complex or ambiguous needs, evaluate solution options, and translate them into executable product requirements.
- Strong technical orientation and experience collaborating closely with R&D and Data teams.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills across customer value, business impact, effort, and technical complexity.
- Demonstrated independence, accountability, planning, execution, and delivery skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in LegalTech or another complex, data-intensive domain.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
