Responsibilities
- Own product areas from discovery and specification through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Conduct weekly customer conversations with small-business owners
- Define how product autonomy operates, including when the system acts independently or requests approval
- Drive activation, product adoption, free-to-paid conversion, and expansion
- Design and ship experiments, analyze product data and customer feedback, and prioritize follow-up work
- Write product documentation and collaborate daily with engineering
- Work closely with design to refine product interactions, language, and visual details
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience working closely with engineering across the full product lifecycle
- Experience building products for small and medium-sized businesses
- Previous early-stage startup experience
- Hands-on product-led growth experience, including improving activation and conversion
- Experience building AI-native products
- Experience taking products from zero to one
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Strong product design judgment and attention to interaction details

- Experience with AI evaluations, autonomy, and human-model trust
