Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap execution, and feature delivery for a full-stack observability platform. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to improve troubleshooting, application performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with customers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and evolve product features
- Prepare product requirements, user stories, and wireframes
- Prioritize and manage R&D sprints
- Own the product release lifecycle across design, engineering, marketing, sales, technical writing, and support
- Support product demos, enablement, and key customer engagements
- Act as the product domain expert and identify new product opportunities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading development, DevOps, or SRE groups
- Experience with observability tools
- Hands-on software development experience before or alongside product management
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and engagements
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience managing complex products with multiple user flows and technical end users
