Senior Hardware Product Manager
Own the complete product lifecycle for deployment kits and complex hardware configurations, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, operations, and sales teams through commercial release and ongoing product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle policy, roadmap, definitions, execution, release, and ongoing evolution for deployment kits.
- Lead internal initiatives and prioritize system, software, and hardware team efforts.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for deployment form factors, environmental constraints, and hardware kit capabilities.
- Support hardware health, design for manufacturability, supply chain issue mitigation, and production scaling.
- Resolve field hardware defects and return-material issues with quality and research and development teams.
- Oversee regulatory, military, and environmental kit-level testing and certification.
- Create sales enablement materials, installation manuals, interface control documents, and product descriptions.
- Provide technical support for presales activities and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across research and development, systems engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and sales.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on hardware product management or technical program management experience.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, telecommunications, or another complex multidisciplinary industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Track record of taking complex hardware systems through full product lifecycle cycles to commercial release.
- Experience with hardware sustaining, manufacturing, design for manufacturability, bill of materials management, and production scaling.
- Experience with regulatory and environmental testing, including MIL-STD, EMC/EMF, IP ratings, and FCC/CE requirements.
- Experience creating technical product documentation and sales enablement materials and handling customer-facing inquiries.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Hebrew.
- Strong ability to connect technical specialists, business leaders, and external partners.
