Lead the definition and prioritization of unified, scalable clinical AI capabilities across multiple healthcare product lines. The role coordinates product, AI, data, clinical, UX, and R&D stakeholders to translate cross-product needs into clear, traceable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate clinical AI requirements from product teams
- Prioritize AI requirements according to clinical impact, product strategy, and technical feasibility
- Maintain feedback loops with product managers to refine requirements and identify gaps
- Define user flows, critical-to-quality requirements, and feature specifications for AI R&D
- Ensure consistent, system-level, and product-agnostic requirements across teams
- Coordinate with AI, data, clinical, and UX stakeholders to validate feasibility and traceability
- Identify and resolve requirement risks, inconsistencies, and conflicts
- Document requirements, rationales, and prioritization decisions for transparency and regulatory processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Experience in product management, system definition, or AI/ML product development
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, data requirements, and clinical use cases
- Experience gathering, structuring, and communicating requirements across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs, resolve conflicting inputs, and drive alignment
- Analytical ability to connect product requirements with technical constraints
Nice to have
- Advanced degree
- Medical imaging experience
- Hands-on AI research and development experience
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations for medical device software and AI systems
