Own the strategy, growth, and profitability of high-speed connectivity products for AI, cloud, networking, and computing applications. Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and customers to develop products and win new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and drive profitable growth across assigned product families
- Build the new-business opportunity funnel with field sales teams and develop account strategies
- Engage customers and sales teams to understand technology roadmaps, application requirements, and platform trends
- Develop business cases, pricing, capital investment plans, and proposals for new products
- Respond to requests for quotation and lead customer presentations, technical reviews, and executive discussions
- Define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs and market trends
- Manage products from concept through development, capacity planning, launch, and end of life
- Coordinate product development and ramp-up across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales
- Support sales teams with product positioning, portfolio information, samples, and technical materials
- Own revenue forecasting and pricing strategy
- Represent the product portfolio at trade shows, customer workshops, and industry events
- Monitor market conditions and trends and recommend product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, business, or a related technical discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, business development, or program management
- Willingness to travel globally and engage directly with customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial, business, and project leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Experience with interconnects, high-speed connectivity, AI infrastructure, networking, semiconductor ecosystems, or data center products
