Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and multi-year strategy
- Translate customer insights into product opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Lead a team of 4–5 Product Managers
- Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and commercial success
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product launches
- Define AI strategy for internal and customer-facing products
- Drive AI tool adoption in Product Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 4 years leading Product Managers
- Experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or mobile technologies
- Experience with AI tools and AI-based products
- Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Experience managing complex product roadmaps and concurrent initiatives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- MBA
- Experience with IoT connectivity, eSIM, MVNO, enterprise mobility, or telecommunications
- Experience with global B2B customers
- Experience building AI-enabled products
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation
