Manage flight-test campaigns for airborne systems from planning and site selection through execution and operational control. The role includes dedicated training as part of the position and requires overtime availability.
Responsibilities
- Write requirements, activities, and work plans for all participating parties
- Define technical resources and instrumentation for the test site
- Select the test site
- Coordinate and operate maritime and airborne resources for testing
- Manage test teams and subcontractors
- Prepare process documentation and manage test execution from the command room
- Coordinate with internal departments, business units, and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or exact sciences
- At least 5 years of engineering experience
- Willingness to work overtime
- System-level understanding of processes
- Good English
- Strong leadership, initiative, coordination, presentation, and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Flight-test experience
- Systems engineering background
- Project management experience
