An industrial facility in the Be'er Sheva area seeks an engineering manager to oversee production equipment and manufacturing processes, improve plant capabilities, and coordinate technical support and investment planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while maintaining safety and quality.
- Identify equipment refurbishment or replacement needs and improve the plant's equipment portfolio.
- Contribute to production process definition and coordinate machine design with development and plant teams.
- Plan and implement machine work schedules for production lines in line with delivery plans.
- Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Provide technical support to plant maintenance managers.
- Plan and implement capital investment in plant equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate quotations for machinery and production-line preparation.
Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree.
- More than five years of engineering experience in an industrial technical operation.
- Technical engineering capability in the design and maintenance of production lines.
- Familiarity with maintenance methodologies and ability to monitor plant maintenance operations.
- High-level Hebrew and English.
- Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, teamwork, and results-focused skills.
