Lead the ERP domain and commercial applications function, managing delivery, solution architecture, integrations, stakeholders, and a team of developers and business analysts for a global biopharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP domain, focusing on Finance and Sales and Marketing modules
  • Own a greenfield ERP implementation from design through go-live and stabilization
  • Drive solution architecture, system integration, and data consistency across commercial platforms
  • Align ERP solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and IT standards
  • Coordinate with WMS, WCS, BI, and integration teams
  • Manage SalesForce applications supporting commercial operations
  • Manage and mentor ERP developers and business analysts
  • Set team objectives, priorities, delivery plans, and development practices
  • Collaborate with global and local IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
  • Lead governance, prioritization, and roadmap planning for commercial systems
  • Support decisions through reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience leading IT or application teams
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP delivery, development, or implementation
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and large-scale implementations
  • Experience managing developers and business analysts
  • Understanding of commercial, finance, and logistics business processes
  • Experience with Power BI and Qlik for reporting, analytics, and adoption
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior business stakeholders

  • Experience with warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain domains
  • Experience in a global or matrix organization
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
