Lead a team of software engineers developing scalable SaaS products for behavioral health and care operations. Partner with leadership, product, and clinical teams to deliver a quality-focused roadmap and new features from the ground up in a hybrid startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support an engineering team
- Own engineering tasks and delivery from start to finish
- Develop an engineering roadmap focused on quality and time to market
- Partner with leadership, product, and clinical teams
- Build new product features from the ground up
- Communicate complex technical issues clearly
- Solve problems in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- At least 4 years leading a team of five or more developers
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with production applications and real-world users
- Experience building and maintaining SaaS applications at scale
- Experience developing end-to-end web services that handle large volumes of data
- Proficiency with React, Angular, or another modern JavaScript framework
- Background with JavaScript-based technology stacks
- Experience with Python and microservices
- Experience working with AWS
Nice to have
- Experience working with LLM tools such as LiteLLM, Langfuse, or LangGraph
