Lead a team developing endpoint agent software for Windows and Linux systems in a cybersecurity environment. This is a hands-on role involving C++ development, technical leadership, and collaboration across engineering and research teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for the Windows and Linux endpoint product.
- Mentor engineers, support team growth, and promote technical excellence.
- Design and develop robust, high-performance production software in C++.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, research, and other engineering teams.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
- Participate in code reviews focused on design, quality, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of endpoint development experience in cybersecurity.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
- Fluency in C++11 or later.
- Deep understanding of operating system concepts.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Experience conducting design- and quality-focused code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
