Lead and develop a product engineering team responsible for scaling a cybersecurity platform. Drive reliable delivery, technical excellence, AI-first development practices, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Drive end-to-end execution from planning and delivery through continuous improvement.
- Deliver customer-facing features with high standards for quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and speed.
- Identify performance and architectural bottlenecks and guide technical decisions for future scale and efficient data processing.
- Promote an AI-first engineering culture and use modern tools to improve development velocity.
- Partner with Product, Design, Security Research, and other stakeholders to define priorities.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, and problem-solving when needed.
- Improve development practices, including CI/CD, testing, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong system design and software architecture experience, including performance, scalability, and data processing.
- Strong technical background in modern software development, with hands-on ability to address technical challenges.
- Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.
- Proven adoption of AI-first development practices.
- Strong product and business orientation, connecting engineering decisions to customer and company impact.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, independence, and ownership skills.

- Experience with large-scale products serving a significant customer base.
