Lead the energy, infrastructure, and production-support systems at a major food and beverage manufacturing site in Ashkelon, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Own the site’s energy systems, including steam, compressed air, water, cooling, and air conditioning
- Manage ongoing and preventive maintenance for energy systems and infrastructure
- Lead projects focused on performance improvement, energy efficiency, and resource savings
- Create work plans and budgets and manage suppliers and contractors
- Manage regulatory requirements and periodic inspections
- Lead a professional team of technicians and maintenance personnel
- Coordinate with multiple organizational stakeholders to support operational continuity and production targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a related engineering field
- Experience managing energy systems and infrastructure in an industrial environment
- Experience leading a professional technical team
- Knowledge of steam, cooling, compressed-air, and air-conditioning systems
- Ability to lead projects, plan effectively, and think systemically
- Willingness to work at a manufacturing plant in a dynamic environment
