Responsibilities
- Lead all engineering disciplines supporting the PCB product division
- Manage a multidisciplinary organization of more than 40 engineers
- Set the technology roadmap and drive best-in-class engineering solutions
- Lead system-level architecture and integration across hardware, software, and algorithms
- Define and enforce engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Partner with program and product management on technical direction, feasibility, and roadmap execution
- Develop engineering leaders and senior technical staff
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence
- Drive division strategy and key technical decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an exact science
- At least 10 years of engineering experience in complex, technology-driven environments
- At least 5 years managing multidisciplinary engineering organizations
- Experience leading engineering teams in large organizations
- Strong system-level understanding across software, algorithms, and hardware
- Experience leading large-scale engineering programs and technical execution
- Strong engineering management skills with sufficient technical depth
