Lead a team of DFT architects to define testability architecture and structural testing strategies for high-speed networking products, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead DFT architecture for HCA products, defining testability and structural testing strategies.
- Drive test solutions and functional testing strategy across the organization.
- Define team goals, strategies, methodologies, and KPIs for the DFT group.
- Collaborate with global teams to align methodologies and deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
- Interface with architecture teams to ensure product testability and quality standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or higher.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware design, system engineering, or technical leadership.
- 3+ years of proven managerial experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and self-learning skills.
- Innovative problem-solving and execution quality standards.
