Lead a distributed AI engineering function responsible for enterprise AI delivery, architecture, security by design, and governance in a global technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile delivery teams and scale a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions.
- Integrate automated security controls into AI ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines, identity systems, and sensitive-data classification processes.
- Translate business challenges into actionable technical strategies with measurable returns.
- Define enterprise AI architecture, roadmaps, frameworks, and reusable development patterns.
- Build and develop a distributed AI engineering team supporting global delivery.
- Represent the enterprise generative AI program to internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT, including senior leadership of AI/ML or digital-transformation portfolios.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI stacks, including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, vector databases, and MLOps ecosystems.
- Familiarity with security automation for code scanning, vulnerability management, and data classification.
- Experience leading teams in regulated or security-conscious environments and implementing governance frameworks such as Governance as Code.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and empower agile teams.

- Experience scaling AI initiatives across global organizations.
- Partnership experience with major cloud providers or AI startups.
- MBA or an advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Public-speaking experience and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
