Lead end-to-end CRM and ERP implementation projects in a full-time hybrid role based in Central Israel. Own requirements gathering, solution definition, delivery, stakeholder coordination, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM projects from planning and initial setup through implementation and go-live.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables.
- Manage timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
- Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of CRM or ERP implementation experience.
- Proven project management experience, including leading projects from initial setup.
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
