Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects
- Review existing workflows and analyze business needs across organizational units
- Implement customer service business processes in SAP
- Lead requirements-gathering and specification meetings with users
- Prepare requirements documents and technical specifications
- Configure SAP CRM and coordinate with development teams
- Implement new processes, support users, and maintain the system
Requirements
- Full matriculation certificate required
- Previous SAP CRM implementation experience required
- Very good Hebrew and English
- Availability for a full-time schedule of eight hours per day and overtime when needed
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering and management with an information systems focus, exact sciences, engineering, economics, or accounting
