Join a global financial platform’s Salesforce technology team in a hybrid role based in Glilot, Israel. You will build scalable Salesforce solutions, improve user experiences, automate processes, and support cross-organizational integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, Flow, packages, and AI coding agents
- Improve Salesforce user experiences with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, dynamic list views, buttons, and related features
- Participate in project planning and solution discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable designs
- Create process documentation and architecture documentation to share knowledge across teams
- Identify opportunities for Salesforce automation and process improvement
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and ecosystem tools and introduce useful capabilities to the team
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Implementer in a technical Salesforce team
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, platform functionality, and configuration
- Expertise with Sales Cloud, including Enterprise Account and Contact Management, Enterprise Case Management, Pipeline Inspection, and related features
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building screen flows and record-triggered flows
- Experience migrating Workflow Rules and Process Builder automation to Flow
- Experience consolidating profiles and cleaning up Salesforce fields and objects
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, Page Builder, App Builder, and related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team and take ownership of assigned domains
Nice to have
- Agentforce experience with internal or customer-facing agents
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Docomotion, FormAssembly, or Varonis
- Familiarity with Event Monitoring, Privacy Center, or CRM Analytics
- Familiarity with Git, version control, CI/CD, and Scrum
- Knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of duplicate-management tools and processes
