Implement client business processes on a no-code digital journey platform, working closely with customers and internal product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement client business processes end to end on the platform.
- Own the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration or development, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
- Analyze client needs and proactively advance suitable solutions.
- Provide clear, positive, and informative service to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with product and research and development teams to identify and communicate technical services and solutions.
- Work directly on client projects while following team best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
- Hands-on technical experience is required.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, and take ownership.
- Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions clearly.
- Willingness to share knowledge with others.

- Experience working with technical customers.
- Experience supporting clients or partners in implementation projects.
