Responsibilities
- Research and analyze networking solutions and end-to-end algorithms
- Design RDMA load-balancing and congestion-control algorithms
- Develop and use simulation environments
- Evaluate algorithms on real hardware systems
- Collaborate with research teams on proof-of-concept implementations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High motivation to learn and explore new fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to have
- Knowledge of compute and networking systems
- Passion for system architecture across CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and networking
- Background in AI workloads
