Responsibilities
- Advise funds and leading companies on complex tax matters.
- Support transactions, restructurings, and international deals.
- Participate in tax assessment proceedings, including discussions with the Israel Tax Authority.
- Provide ongoing tax support to companies.
- Submit tax ruling requests and liaise with the Israel Tax Authority’s professional department.
Requirements
- Law degree and/or accounting qualification.
- Previous experience in taxation.
- High-level English.
- Strong motivation to join a leading specialist team.
